2 years in a canoe. Before I did ice skating - practiced for 15 years

 

How many days / week do you train in canoe?

5 to 6 days per week

Training with the selection of boating in Santiago Chile and my coach is Zdzislaw Szubski.

 

Do you cross-train?

Yes, swimming, running and gym

 

Who is your closest rival?

The girls from South America.

Until my body wants, I expect about 5 more years.

 

What is your message to the world regarding women in canoe?

It is a beautiful sport which is growing day by day and more and more women who dare do it, and soon the dream will come true for all, to compete in the Pan Americans Games and Olympics.
